Definirei le opere di Shii come un’esperienza. 

Contemplando i suoi quadri si viene catturati dalla possibilità unica di trascendere i confini geografici e storici. 

Usando la più moderna computer grafica giapponese e la stratificazione di diversi materiali sapientemente lavorati, 

infonde vita alle rovine della grandezza delle antiche culture greca e latina. 

L’utilizzo particolare e minuzioso della prospettiva, che mette in comunicazione i piani giacenti sui differenti 

assi, sembra creare un punto di intersezione tra culture lontane in spazio e tempo, generando una nuova entità in perfetta 

armonia. 

I resti, lungi dall’essere polverose parvenze di antiche magnificenze, risorgono passando nell’era moderna e 

diffondono splendore e freschezza, dimentichi degli strascichi di dolore che li hanno generati, spogli di tutto se non della loro 

grazia.

Una fusione di antico e moderno potente e al contempo soave in perfezione di bellezza.

Shiiの作品は一種の体験であると言えるだろう。

見る者に、地理的そして歴史的な垣根などは飛び越えてしまえると感じさせるのだ。

最新のコンピューターグラフィックを使用し、様々な素材を積み重ねることにより、古代ギリシャ・ラテン文化の偉大なる遺跡に再度命を吹き込んでいる。

厳密で特殊な遠近法を用いり、図上に横たわる軸を上手く相互作用させている。

彼女は、遠く異なる文化が出会うポイントを空間と時の中に配置し、完璧に調和した新しい実存を生み出している。

これらは埃を被った荘厳な古代遺跡などではなく、輝きと新鮮さをまとい現代に蘇った遺跡なのだ。

これら遺跡を生み出した数々の痛みから解放され、美しさのみが残っているのだ。

Shii's works can be described as a sort of experience.

Her pictures give the viewer the impression that geographical and historical boundaries can just melt away.   

Using state-of-the-art computer graphics and layering a variety of materials,

she injects renewed life into the great ruins of the ancient Greek-Latin culture.

Using a strict and special perspective, she cleverly creates an interaction between the axes on the diagram.She configures points at which far distant in time and space cultures meet, 

and by so doing brings about something new and perfectly harmonious. 

These are not majestic ancient ruins covered in dust, but ruins that have been revived in modern times, 

glistening and fresh. 

They have been released from all the suffering that brought them down, and their beauty only remains.

In perfect beauty, the ancient and the modern mingle in a strong and sweet coexistence.
